The jury of six men and six women found him guilty on all eight charges he faced.

Adams and two other men, his brother, Dylan Adams, and Jason Autry, were accused of kidnapping Bobo in April 2011, raping her, shooting her in the head and hiding her body.

Autry testified against Zach Adams during his murder trial, saying he hoped for leniency for his own involvement in the case. Autry said Zach Adams asked for his help to bury Bobo before realizing she was still alive; Zack Adams then shot her in the head.

Two men found Bobo's body in the woods in Decatur County in September 2014.

Zach Adams is eligible for the death penalty. The jury was scheduled to reconvene Saturday morning to begin the punishment phase of his trial.
