July 14 (UPI) -- Prosecutors in Pennsylvania charged a second man Friday with killing four people in Bucks County, a case that's been dubbed the "Solebury slayings" after the town where the incident happened. A lawyer for suspect Cosmo DiNardo has said his client confessed to killing the victims -- Dean R. Finocchiaro, 19, Thomas C. Meo, 21, Mark R. Sturgis, 22, and Taro Patrick, 19.

Prosecutors announced Friday that Sean Kratz, 20, DiNardo's cousin, has also been charged as an accomplice. Both men face charges of homicide, conspiracy and abuse of a corpse, The Philadelphia Inquirer reported.
The suspects and victims are from the same area and are believed to have been friends. The Washington Post reported the killings were related to a string of marijuana sales engineered by DiNardo.
Law enforcement officials have not said what role they believe Kratz played in the killings and have also not confirmed DiNardo's lawyer's statement that his client had confessed. The attorney said DiNardo confessed in exchange for prosecutors agreeing to drop the death penalty at trial.
Both suspects were scheduled to be arraigned Friday afternoon.
Police said the victims were buried in a 12-foot grave on the suspects' family's large estate in Solebury Township.
