April 14 (UPI) -- Target is recalling several Easter egg and dinosaur egg expandable toys because the contents, if consumed by children, will expand in their stomachs and require surgery to remove.

The toys included in the recall are Hatch & Grow Easter Eggs, Easter Grow Toys and Hatch Your Own Dino. The Consumer Product Safety Commission said there are about 560,000 units in circulation. Parents who have purchased the items should return them to the Target store where they were purchased for a refund.

No injuries have been reported as a result of the toys. The recall is a precaution.

The toys were first sold in February and March and cost about $1 each.
