Watch live: Sean Spicer gives daily press briefing

March 31 (UPI) -- Press secretary Sean Spicer on Friday is scheduled to hold a daily press briefing at the White House.

He is set to answer questions from reporters at 1:30 p.m.

The briefing comes as President Donald Trump is expected to sign an executive order trickling trade abuses coinciding with a meeting with the National Association of Manufacturers at 3:30 p.m.

Earlier in the day, the president is scheduled to meet with form Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice.

At 3 p.m., Trump will meet with the director of the National Institutes of Health, Francis Collins, and at 4:45 p.m., he will meet with Mick Mulvaney, director of the Office of Management and Budget.
