March 7 (UPI) -- Press secretary Sean Spicer on Tuesday is scheduled to hold his first televised briefing in more than a week, one day after President Donald Trump named Michael Dubke the White House communications director.
Spicer is set to speak to reporters at 1:30 p.m. He last addressed the media on camera on Feb. 27.
The press secretary is likely to face questions about newly rolled out plan to replace the Affordable Care Act and Trump's revised executive order on a travel ban for immigrants and refugees.
Since Trump took office, Spicer has acted as both press secretary and communications director -- roles traditionally filled by two people. CNN reported in February that Trump transition spokesman Jason Miller was originally supposed to serve as communications director but declined in order to spend more time with his family.

Dubke is a veteran Republican strategist who co-founded the public affairs firm the Black Rock Group. He and Spicer have been acquainted for many years, The New York Times reported.
Dubke was one of a number of White House staff appointments Trump made Monday. He named Rudy Giuliani's son, Andrew Giuliani, as associate director for the Office of Public Liaison.
Also appointed were Jennifer Korn as special assistant to the president and deputy director for the Office of Public Liaison; Stephen Munisteri as deputy assistant to the president and deputy director for the Office of Public Liaison; and George Sifakis as assistant to the president and director for the Office of Public Liaison.
