BAYTOWN, Texas, Nov. 10 (UPI) -- Police found a body they believe to be a 16-year-old Texas girl who has been missing for days after her family was found shot to death. The body of Kirsten Fritch was found Thursday in a wooded area down the street from the bar her boyfriend was arrested at Tuesday night, days after finding her mother and 13-year-old sister dead in their home.

"We are going to pursue murder charges on Mr. Dobbs through Galveston County on this Texas City homicide," said Baytown Police Lt Steven Dorris.
An Amber Alert was issued for Kirsten Tuesday night when police went to the home of Cynthia Morris, Fritch's mother, after family members reported they were unable to contact any of the three. Police found Morris and her 13-year-old daughter, Breanna Pavilicek, dead of apparent gunshot wounds.
Morris's car was missing from the home but was recovered by police at a bar where they arrested Fritch's boyfriend, Jesse Dobbs.
Dobbs came into the bar barefoot and drenched in sweat, the owner of the bar said, and then argued with police when they approached him inside. Officers eventually subdued Dobbs, picked him up and carried him out of the bar.
Dobbs was initially charged only with resisting arrest, but police say they will now be seeking murder charges against the 21-year-old in connection to the three deaths.
