CLEVELAND, July 20 (UPI) -- "Make America First Again" will be Wednesday's theme when the Republican National Convention enters its third day in Cleveland where political powerhouses including Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi, GOP candidate for Vice President Mike Pence and Donald Trump's former presidential campaign rivals Marco Rubio and Ted Cruz will speak.

Other speakers include radio host Laura Ingraham, former House Speaker Newt Gingrich and Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker, who along with Cruz and Rubio was defeated by Trump in the primary.

Trump was officially nominated for president by delegates on Tuesday at the convention.

Wednesday's theme will focus on how to make the United States return to "once again be a beacon of progress and opportunity" under a Trump presidency.

"America has always been an exceptional nation. Our Founding Fathers created a system of government that has protected our liberty, allowed American ingenuity to flourish, and lifted people out of poverty by creating the conditions for opportunity and prosperity," Republican National Convention CEO Jeff Larson said in a statement. "Unfortunately, years of bad policies and poor leadership have weakened our position in the world. Under a Trump administration, America will once again be a beacon of progress and opportunity."

A live stream of the event will begin at 7 p.m. EDT.

Trump made his second dramatic entrance at the convention on Wednesday. After walking into the convention hall on Monday with stage fog to the tune of "We Are the Champions" to introduce his wife, Melania, Trump returned home to New York on Tuesday. On Wednesday, he landed at a rally in Cleveland in a Trump-branded helicopter.

He was greeted by his children and his running mate, Gov. Mike Pence. The two men spoke briefly to the crowd, saying they were looking forward to the final two days of the GOP convention.

Trump is scheduled to speak on Thursday, the last day. Following in the Trump campaign's "Make America Great Again" slogan -- a version of a slogan first popularized by former President Ronald Reagan in the election of 1980 -- Thursday's theme for the RNC will be "Make America One Again."

Trump's daughter, Ivanka, also is scheduled to speak on Thursday. Other speakers will include Republican National Committee Chairman Reince Priebus, Oklahoma Gov. Mary Fallin and Liberty University President Jerry Falwell, Jr.
