9News Colorado reported the Colorado Motorcycle Expo was being held at the coliseum. The incident may have involved one or more motorcycle clubs.

Police announced Sunday's Expo activities would be canceled. Officers will be on the scene Sunday.

Denver Police Chief Robert White disputed earlier reports about the number of injuries in a press conference Saturday evening. White said seven were injured, as opposed to nine, which does not include the one fatality. Further details were sparse due to the ongoing investigation.
