DUETTE, Fla., Jan. 18 (UPI) -- Two people were killed and five others, including children, where injured when a tornado flipped a mobile home in southwest Florida.

Seven people were inside the single-wide mobile home when strong storms tore through Duette, located about 50 miles outside Sarasota, on Sunday. Stephen and Kelli Wilson, 58 and 51, respectively, died after winds up to 135 mph tore the home from its concrete base and flipped it.

Stephen Wilson was pronounced dead at the scene. Kelli Wilson died after a heart attack in an ambulance, authorities said.

Four children in the home, two boys and two girls between the ages of 6 and 10, were injured. Three of the children are siblings and the fourth is their cousin. The children's father, 38-year-old Stephen Wilson, was also injured. Gofundme pages set up for the family said Wilson and two of the children remain in the hospital in stable condition. Information on the pages said Wilson is a single father and lost everything in the storm.

The tornado, which was on the ground for more than nine miles, also destroyed a 2,000-square-foot barn.
