WACO, Texas, Oct. 30 (UPI) -- Newly revealed surveillance video shows images of a Waco, Texas, gunfight between rival motorcycle groups in May in which nine people died.

The video depicts a shootout on the outdoor patio of the Twin Peaks restaurant, where members of local motorcycle clubs gathered to resolve their differences. The footage depicts people running for cover as shooting breaks out. A bloodied man can be seen running from the patio.

The Waco Police Department denied it released the surveillance video to news outlets, saying it remains under a gag order. It was first seen this week on CNN.

Eighteen people were injured in the incident, and Waco police detained 239 people, 177 of whom were arrested on charges of engaging in organized criminal activity. Police also recovered 480 weapons. No one has been charged in the deaths, and none of those arrested have been indicted thus far.

Some of those arrested have filed lawsuits, and Dallas attorney Susan Anderson, who represents one of those arrested, noted many of the club members present had no involvement in the shootings.
