She is scheduled to appear on the Dr. Phil television program Thursday and Friday, when the audio recordings will be aired. In the conversations, Fogle explains his sexual interest in children.

"He talks about how to groom a family, he talks about how to groom the victim, he talks about all the things he does, the tricks of his trade. He just basically gives you the playbook of an evil monster," Phil McGraw, host of Dr. Phil, said.

Herman-Walrond said she recorded five years of conversations with Fogle, adding the interviews ended after Fogle suggested installing surveillance cameras in her children's' rooms.

"What if we put a camera in your kids' room, would they be okay with that? Would you rather have it in your son or your daughter's room? Which one do you think would be better?" Fogle can be heard asking in the interviews.
