SALT LAKE CITY, March 17 (UPI) -- Former Mass. Gov. Mitt Romney will come to literal blows with former heavyweight champion Evander Holyfield when they face off in a boxing match for charity.

On May 15 in Salt Lake City, the 68-year-old former presidential nominee will step into the ring at a marquee event to raise money for Charity Vision -- an organization with the goal to bring medical care to people living in poverty around the world.

The black tie event will also feature real fights between professional boxers. Romney admits his fight will be a tame one.

"It will either be a very short fight, or I will be knocked unconscious," he told the Salt Lake Tribune. "It won't be much of a fight. We'll both suit up and get in the ring and spar around a little bit."

This will probably be Romney's last big fight. He announced in January that he will not be running again for president in 2016 after finding little support from the Republican Party and donors.
