YouTube personalities to interview President Obama after his State of the Union speech

The State of the Union will be on Tuesday, January 20.

WASHINGTON, Jan. 18 (UPI) -- The White House is inviting three YouTube personalities to interview President Barack Obama in person two days after his State of the Union address.

"We're inviting a handful of YouTube creators to the White House to talk with the President in person, and you can watch it all live on Thursday, January 22," says a White House press release. "YouTube creators Bethany Mota, GloZell, and Hank Green will interview President Obama about the issues care they most about and what they're hearing from their audiences."

The general public can submit questions via Twitter with the hashtag #YouTubeAsksObama. The three interviewers may or may not choose questions from people who use the hashtag. The video will appear on the White House's YouTube channel.

Bethany Mota is a teenage video blogger with a show about life tips, Glozell is a comedian and Hank Green is a video blogger who focuses on life and current events.
