The amount of net neutrality complaints sent in 2014 caused the commission some problems.

WASHINGTON, Jan. 5 (UPI) -- The FCC has launched a new website to help people file complaints.

The Consumer Help Center allows users to look for "common issues" or just file a complaint relating to their television watching, phone calls, the internet, the radio and more. It has a "Most Popular Articles" section, and it's generally streamlined for ease-of-use.

Last year, the FCC's website crashed more than once because of too many users submitting comments on looming net neutrality rules at the same time. The website received around 4 million net neutrality comments over the course of the year, and a new complaint website might help them handle such situations.

The commission recently confirmed they will be voting on net neutrality rules in February.
