John Michael Mosher, 21, was arrested after he reportedly paid $40 and bottle of liquor for sex with a 15-year-old girl in a community pool shed. He has been charged with sexual battery of a minor.

Venice Police Capt. Tom Mattmuller said a third arrest was imminent.

The alleged prostitution ring was discovered when four students alerted Venice High School staff that De Armas and at least one other student had approached them, asking to join. De Armas, who does not have a cell phone, coordinated her plan to offer up their peers for sex in exchange for money and booze through private Facebook messenger.

"Why pimp out old hoes when I have fresh young hoes I can give up for money?" De Armas wrote in to a business partner. "As long as I'm getting paid I'm trafficking all these [expletive]."

Police said the alleged 15-year-old victim did not willingly participate in the sex act.

"She stated she told Mosher she did not want to have sexual intercourse with him to which he disregarded and forcefully held her against the wall of the pool shed building, restricting her movement and ability to flee," the police report said.

Investigators found conversations between De Armas and her potential business partners discussing prices for transactions, including $50-$70 for oral sex and $100 for sex with a virgin. They planned to split 40 percent of the profits with their prostitutes.
