Former Ravens cheerleader Molly Shattuck indicted for raping 15-year-old boy

GEORGETOWN, Del., Nov. 5 (UPI) -- Molly Shattuck, a former cheerleader for the Baltimore Ravens and estranged wife of former Constellation Energy CEO Mayo Shattuck, was arrested in Delaware and charged with raping a 15-year-old boy, according to court documents obtained by local investigative reporters.

Shattuck, who was once the National Football League's oldest cheerleader, was indicted on two counts of third-degree rape, four counts of unlawful sexual contact [with a minor], and three counts of distributing alcohol to a minor. All but the alcohol charge are felonies in the state of Delaware.

According to the indictment, Shattuck saw the boy's pictures on Instagram and sent him her phone number. The two met six times in July, each time with Shattuck picking the boy up from summer school and driving to parking garage for "kissing and touching."

Authorities say over Labor Day weekend, the alleged victim accompanied Shattuck, her children and their friends to a rented beach house. At one point during the trip, while walking the dog outside the house, Shattuck performed oral sex on the boy before inviting him to her bedroom and repeating the act.

After violating him in the bedroom, Shattuck told the boy, according to court documents obtained by WBAL-TV, "if he wanted to have sex she would."

"The boy opted out. He decided to leave. At that point, she told him to come back later but he did not go back."

The boy's father picked him up the next day and the two have not had contact since.

Shattuck turned herself in and posted $84,000 bail. She has filed a plea of not guilty.
