Former Weather Channel CEO and co-founder John Coleman once again publicly stated he doesn't believe climate change is a problem.
On CNN's Reliable Sources Coleman was not happy to be called a climate change denier. "I resent you calling me a denier, that is a word meant to put me down," he said. "I'm a skeptic about climate change, not a denier."
Coleman interrupted the host, Brian Stelter, many times during the interview.
"CNN has taken a very strong position on global warming that it is a consensus. Well there is no consensus in science," Coleman said. "Science isn't a vote. Science is about facts, and if you get down to the hard, cold facts, there's no question about it. Climate change is not happening."
Coleman's appearance on CNN comes after he made similar statements on Fox News last week. The Weather Channel has distanced itself from Coleman, going as far as releasing a statement asserting the organization's belief in man-made climate change.
"The majority of the warming over the past century is a result of human activities. This is also the conclusion drawn, nearly unanimously, by climate scientists," the statement said.
