EDGARTOWN, Mass., Aug. 14 (UPI) -- President Obama will step away from his vacation for the second time in four days to address the country live. He is expected to deliver a statement on the ongoing clashes in Ferguson, Mo., and the operations in northern Iraq as U.S. forces help Iraqi and Kurdish forces fight off Islamic State terrorists.
