WASHINGTON, May 30 (UPI) -- Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton will sit down with Fox News in an interview to promote her new book, Hard Choices, in which she discusses the Benghazi attack.

Clinton will be interviewed for a half-hour by Bret Baier and Greta Van Susteren on June 17. The interview will begin at 6:45 p.m. on Baier's show Special Report and will end on Van Susteren's show On the Record at 7:15 p.m.

Fox News said the interview will cover topics including Clinton's new book, Hard Choices, the 2016 presidential election and the 2012 attacks in Benghazi, Libya.

In one of the chapters of her book, Benghazi Under Attack, Clinton discusses the admitted failures on the response to the situation in Benghazi, but also slams politicians and media outlets, who she says, made it "a political slugfest on the backs of dead Americans."

Fox News has been criticized by some, including comedian Jon Stewart, for their extensive coverage of the Benghazi attack.

Clinton hasn't taken the attacks by the news network's pundits lying down. On Super Bowl Sunday 2014, she tweeted a swipe at the network.
