DENVER, April 21 (UPI) -- Denver hosted 80,000 pot smokers in the city square to celebrate 4/20 with performances from Snoop Dogg and Wyclef Jean.
One hundred people were arrested or fined for public consumption of cannabis and 22 went to jail. Recreational marijuana use is legal in Colorado but it is still prohibited to smoke in public places, usually punishable by a fine.
