WASHINGTON, April 10 (UPI) -- U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services Kathleen Sebelius, who presided over a tumultuous rollout of President Barack Obama's Affordable Healthcare Act, tendered her resignation this week, officials told The New York Times and Bloomberg News.
Obama will reportedly nominate Office of Management and Budget Director Sylvia Mathews Burwell to replace the 65-year-old former governor of Kansas.
