Newtown residents are deciding how to spend the $11 million in donations to the town and they want part of it to fund the demolition of the Sandy Hook shooter's home.
A survey was conducted among residents of Newtown, Conn. on how best to spend the over $11 million donated to the town after the Sandy Hook shooting in 2012. Many residents said they would like to see a portion of it go towards demolishing the home of Adam Lanza and his mother Nancy and turning it into park or nature preserve.
