Rescue workers found another six bodies 55 miles north of Seattle, where Saturday's devastating, one-square-mile mudslide has destroyed homes and killed more than a dozen people.
Snohomish County officials confirmed Monday afternoon that the death toll had risen to 14.

Snohomish County Fire District 21 Chief Travis Hots called the situation "very grim," but said officials still hoped to find people alive in the debris.
“We are still in a rescue mode,” he said.
