Prosecutors do not want to allow Boston bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev to see the pictures of the victims, saying that it would further victimize the three killed in the attack.

The only photos they would like to allow Tsarnaev to see are the photos used during trial and not the autopsy photos of their mutilated bodies.

"Allowing photos of the mutilated bodies of the victims to be viewed by the man accused of mutilating them would needlessly revictimize the family members in the same way that innocent children who are photographed pornographically are revictimized whenever those photos are seen by others,” prosecutors said in a six-page court filing Monday.

They are also pushing to have the courts follow the Crime Victims' Rights Act which states that all victims have, "the right to be treated with respect for the victim's dignity and privacy."

Tsarnaev, who allegedly co-conspired with his deceased brother Tamerlan, has been charged with using a "weapon of mass destruction and malicious destruction of property." Prosecutors are seeking the death penalty.
