George Zimmerman doesn't understand why people are angry

George Zimmerman attended a gun show to sign autographs and said he couldn't understand why people are so angry at him.

While Zimmerman was attending a gun show to sign autographs for his supporters, he said he would not discuss his case due to a pending Justice Department investigation. He did say he would talk to people about other matters. When asked if he knew why people were still angry with his verdict and with him, Zimmerman seemed perplexed.

"No. I don't," responded Zimmerman to questions of whether he understood the anger towards him, "But I'm willing to talk to everyone and try to answer their concerns or questions and help them realize there is no need to be angry."

Zimmerman wore a bulletproof vest to the event.
