Jose Andy Chavez, 26, an off-duty Elmore police officer, was among three people killed during shooting at the Last Call Saloon, as was bartender Ramiro Sanchez, 29, and Daniel Ramirez, 25, police said.

"The shooter is still at large," Fremont Police Chief Tim Wiersma said. "We have several officers out in the area looking. We have a suspect, but not by name."

In the incident at the Night Riders Motorcycle Club, police said they received a report of shots being fired. Later, a man was at a hospital with a gunshot wound, the News-Messenger said.

Police said the man told them he was shot by a man he didn't know and wasn't aware he had been shot until he reached his home.
