Randolph was arrested late Tuesday at a home in Southington and charged with first-degree assault, criminal use of a firearm and carrying a pistol without a permit.

Bradley, 31, of East Hartford, was shot three times in the Sunday night incident. After he was shot, police said, Bradley retrieved a gun from a vehicle and fired at least 11 shots at the door and windows of the bar.

No one was injured.

Bradley was arrested as he fled the scene, police said. He was arraigned Tuesday on five gun charges and a charge of reckless endangerment.

A former friend of ex-New England Patriot tight end Hernandez, Bradley has charged in a lawsuit that Hernandez shot him in the eye in February 2013.

Hernandez has been charged in the death of Odin Lloyd in June 2013. He also is a suspect in a double homicide in Boston in 2012 at which police say Bradley was present.

Police said a gun recovered from Bradley's vehicle after the Sunday night shooting was among 111 weapons reported stolen from a Springfield, Mass., gun dealer in November 2012.
