WASHINGTON, Jan. 16 (UPI) -- President Obama and first lady Michelle Obama speak at a White House event on expanding college opportunities Thursday, the daily schedule indicated.

The schedule also indicated Obama will receive the Presidential Daily Briefing in the oval office.
