CLEVELAND, Dec. 19 (UPI) -- Attorney Gregory Moore pleaded not guilty in Cleveland Thursday to inducing panic related to bomb threats phoned into a court house in 2012.
Three employees of the Cuyahoga County Domestic Relations court received the calls in July 2012, resulting in the evacuation of the downtown building, the (Cleveland) Plain Dealer reported Thursday.

Court records show Moore, 40, had hearings in three divorce cases that day, in the same court rooms that received the calls.
Moore is free on a $5,000 bond.
The newspaper said it is unclear why the indictment came more than a year after the threats were allegedly made, noting the felony charge of inducing panic is rarely used in the county.
