BOCA RATON, Fla., Dec. 12 (UPI) -- A former Florida Atlantic University employee is facing charges for allegedly recording other men with his iPhone while they used campus bathrooms, police said.

Seth Thompson, 40, who worked on FAU's library staff allegedly managed to record the exposed genitals of 13 males as they urinated and published the videos on pornographic websites, the South Florida Sun Sentinel reported.

Police said they managed to track Thompson down after a 26-year-old FAU student reported to police a video of him urinating had been posted to an adult website without his knowledge.

Throughout the investigation, police discovered that it was allegedly Thompson who had uploaded the video.

In an interview with police Thompson allegedly admitted he used an iPhone to secretly record numerous people, including himself and the victim, urinating.

"He in fact did try to minimize it and in a way, try to make it a victimless crime, which of course it's not," FAU Police Chief Charles Lowe said of Thompson's attitude during questioning.

Thompson was arrested Tuesday afternoon and charged with 13 counts of video voyeurism and four counts of video voyeurism dissemination.

He was released Tuesday night after his bail was set at $51,000.
