Man in clown makeup dangles child from railroad overpass

KENOSHA, Wis., Oct. 30 (UPI) -- A Wisconsin man in clown makeup faces a possible 16 years in prison for allegedly dangling a child from a highway overpass, authorities said.

A 13-year-old boy said Antonio Brown, 33, got drunk at a Halloween party in Racine Saturday and invited his girlfriend's two children to walk with him on the train tracks at 1 a.m. Sunday.

They climbed the 50th Street overpass in Kenosha where he forced the children to drink alcohol and a woman called police to report a man in clown makeup taking crying children into the woods, the Kenosha (Wis.) News reported Wednesday.

When the children tried to escape, Brown reportedly caught them and dangled the 13-year-old by his legs from the overpass. Brown also is accused of dangling the younger 8-year-old by his neck and ankle from a parked train and threatening to kill him, a complaint said.

He was charged with two counts of physical abuse of a child and two counts of second-degree recklessly endangering safety.
