ANNAPOLIS, Md., Oct. 10 (UPI) -- Two of three midshipmen charged in the sexual assault of a female classmate will be court martialed, officials at the Naval Academy said Thursday.
A third midshipman will not face a court martial, The Baltimore Sun reported.
Eric Graham is charged with abusive sexual content, while fellow midshipman Joshua Tate is charged with aggravated sexual assault. Both men are also charged with making false official statements.
The third midshipman, Tra'ves Bush, was accused of aggravated sexual assault and making a false official statement.
In a preliminary hearing this summer, a female classmate testified she got drunk at a party in April 2012 also attended by the three men. She could not remember much of what went on, but learned through social media and school gossip she may have had sex with more than one person at the party.
