On Friday, Gerald Uden, 71, the husband of Alice Uden, also was arrested on three counts of first-degree murder brought by the Fremont County, Wyo., prosecutor's office, the team said. Gerald Uden is charged with the deaths of his ex-wife, Virginia Uden, and her two children, Richard and Reagan, who disappeared in September 1980. Gerald Uden also is in the Christian County jail pending extradition to Wyoming.

Holtz, a U.S. Army veteran, disappeared in late 1974 or early 1975, the team said. A recent search of an abandoned mine in Laramie County, Wyo., recovered skeletal remains that were identified as Holtz.
