WASHINGTON, Sept. 24 (UPI) -- U.S. President Obama addresses the U.N. General Assembly in New York Tuesday, the White House said.

The daily schedule indicated Obama will:

-- Meet with John Ashe, president of the U.N. General Assembly.

-- Hold a bilateral meeting with Lebanese President Michel Sleiman.

-- Meet with U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon.

-- Attend a luncheon hosted by U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon.

-- Meet with Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas.

-- Visit the Clinton Global Initiative, where he and former President Bill Clinton will discuss the future of healthcare reform in America and the benefits of expanding access to quality healthcare worldwide.

-- Attend a Democratic National Committee event.

-- Return to the White House with first lady Michelle Obama.
