Ayvani was last seen wearing Star Wars pajama bottoms.

"The mother actually tried to hide the two kids" when the men broke into the home, Clay County police officer Phong Nguyen said. "There was a little dog in the house that started barking. So the intruder[s] shot the dog. They demanded money and jewelry from the mother, at which time she didn't have any money or jewelry, so she told them that. Instead they kidnapped the 14-year-old girl."

"Levi's Call" is a regional child abduction alert system.
