2 men shot to death in Twin Cities suburb

ROSEVILLE, Minn., Sept. 5 (UPI) -- Gunfire in a parking lot behind several businesses in Roseville, Minn., Thursday left two men dead in what police called a murder-suicide.

One man was dead at the scene of the shooting, which was reported about 4:15 p.m. CDT and the other died about 6 p.m. at a Minneapolis hospital, Roseville Police Lt. Lorne Rosand told the Minneapolis Star Tribune.

The victims, found along with a pistol outside two vehicles belong to them, were in their 30s or 40s, he said. Their names had not been released.

The shooting occurred behind a CPI Card Group facility, which shares a loading dock area with a shopping center that houses REI, Tuesday Morning, a furniture store and an urgent care clinic, the newspaper said.

Rosand said a woman who saw the shooting was being questioning.
