ZION, Ill., Aug. 22 (UPI) -- About 125 police officers Thursday searched for a 5-month-old boy taken from his home in Zion, Ill.
The boy's mother reported the abduction Wednesday, the Chicago Sun-Times reported. WBBM-AM, Chicago, reported Thursday the mother later admitted the child was taken by her boyfriend.

"There's a chance the baby could have been harmed or worse," said Zion Police Chief Wayne Brooks of the infant, Joshua Summeries. "It's an isolated incident. No one else is in danger."
Brooks said the boyfriend of Joshua's mother and several other people were questioned by police as persons of interest in the case.
"We still don't know where the infant is and it's breaking my heart," Brooks said.
