Oakland police Officer Johnna Watson told KCRA-TV, Sacramento, the body will be taken to the Solano County coroner to be identified.

Police say they don't know if Coke's disappearance is related to her job or her missing dog.

Coke has been missing since Sunday night after she told her daughter she would be home in 90 minutes. When Coke hadn't returned several hours later, the daughter used a computer app to locate one of her mom's cellphones.

Police found one phone nearby, the other in nearby Contra Costa County. Her car was found in an Oakland parking lot.

Tanya Coke, the woman's sister, said the disappearance is "completely uncharacteristic."

Police are looking into the possibility Coke's disappearance is linked to the theft of her King Charles spaniel in May.

Tanya Cole said someone called Sandra and said, "I have information about your dog. How much is your dog worth to you?"
