Ayala alleges that during her third massage from Park, he rubbed her below the waist and her inner thighs, Courthouse News Service reported Tuesday.

At some point during the visit, Park told Ayala to tell him she was only 16 years old.

During her fourth visit, Ayala and Park were alone in the office, and she fell asleep during the massage.

Ayala said she woke up to Park sucking on her breasts and putting his mouth to her vagina.

"Park told plaintiff that it was OK and told plaintiff 'I have to take the toxins out," the complaint states.

After Park suggested applying needles to her, Ayala got her clothes and left, and flagged down a nearby police officer.

The officer arrested Park.

The date of the alleged attack was not reported.
