Police seek victims of 'up-skirt' videographer

LANCASTER, Calif., May 17 (UPI) -- More than 100 women, victimized by a registered sex offender who secretly took "up-skirt" videos of them, are sought by investigators, Los Angeles police said.

Detectives found thousands of videos of the women on the phones and storage devices, and in the home, of Mylyn Johnson. He was arrested in March and faces 15 felony charges, including false imprisonment, burglary and counts of "unlawful recording of undergarments," a Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department statement said.

The women in the videos range in age from their teens to their 50s, and only 10 have been identified, the Los Angeles Times reported Friday.

Johnson secretly recorded the victims in various public locations in the Antelope Valley, north of Los Angeles, officials said.

The newspaper said Johnson was arrested in a Lancaster, Calif., Target store.
