WASHINGTON, May 8 -- One hundred and two high school and middle school students gathered in Washington, DC on Monday to be honored for their community service. Ten of these teens were named "Americas Top 10 Youth Volunteers of 2013" at the 18th Annual Prudential Spirit of Community Awards.
