Obama schedule for Monday, March 25

WASHINGTON, March 25 (UPI) -- President Obama speaks at a naturalization ceremony Monday for active duty service members and civilians, the White House said.

The daily schedule indicated Obama will:

-- Receive, along with Vice President Joe Biden, the Presidential Daily Briefing in the Oval Office.

-- Speak at the naturalization ceremony at the White House. U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services Director Alejandro Mayorkas will present the countries of the candidates for naturalization and Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano will deliver the oath of allegiance.

-- Designate five new national monuments under the Antiquities Act in a signing ceremony with Secretary Ken Salazar. The five new National Monuments include: the Rio Grande del Norte National Monument in New Mexico; First State National Monument in Delaware; Harriet Tubman Underground Railroad National Monument in Maryland; Charles Young Buffalo Soldiers National Monument in Ohio; and San Juan Islands National Monument in Washington State.

-- Mark, along with first lady Michelle Obama, the beginning of Passover with a Seder at the White House with friends and staff.
