The building, one of several luxury towers being developed by TF Cornerstone, is to be a 26-story residential property when completed, the newspaper said.

Cross Country Contracting of Elmsford, N.Y., a concrete subcontractor, was responsible for the work being done, TF Cornerstone spokesman Frank Marino said.
