OAKLAND, Calif., Dec. 16 (UPI) -- Three suspects have been arrested on suspicion of being involved in the slaying of two teenage girls in Oakland, Calif., authorities said.
The suspects, whose names have not been reported, were arrested Saturday, but have not been formally charged, the Oakland (Calif.) Tribune reported.

Law enforcement officials said one of the suspects admitted that the three -- one of whom is a juvenile -- were connected to the Nov. 25 shooting.
No other details on the suspects or the arrests were available.
The girls, best friends Raquel Gerstel, 15, and Bobbie Sartain, 16, were found around 6 a.m. on Nov. 25 near Brookdale Park in Oakland. They each suffered multiple gunshot wounds and later died.
