Police said a local mother found a sexually suggestive photo on her underage daughter's cellphone and alerted police. Police traced the photo, which was sent on Nov. 26, to Gilbert's phone, the report said.

Gilbert allegedly admitted to sending the photo, which police classified as "pornography," to three other children.

The photo Gilbert is accused of sending was of another adult and was likely taken from the Internet, police said, WHIO reported.

Police said Gilbert is a leader of the Green Clovers 4-H club in Connersville, adding that the charges against him are "not directly related to his involvement with the organization."

Gilbert is being held in the Fayette County Jail on $64,000 bail.
