Police find anti-Semitic box outside store

LOS ANGELES, Nov. 15 (UPI) -- Los Angeles police say they are looking for a group of suspects who placed an anti-Semitic package on Rodeo Drive.

The package -- first believed to contain an explosive -- was discovered shortly before noon Sunday in front of the Chanel store on Rodeo Drive, the Los Angeles Times reported.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department's bomb squad eventually determined that the package did not contain an explosive.

However, anti-Semitic comments were written on the package.

Surveillance videos from when the package was placed in front of the store showed the seven people were involved. One person can be seen placing the box in front of the store, and another is shown taking a photograph of it.
