Dozens of gang members arrested in Florida

ORLANDO, Fla., Oct. 25 (UPI) -- A violent Central Florida gang thought to be responsible for hundreds of crimes has been dismantled after the arrests of nearly two dozen members, police say.

The arrests came after local, state and federal authorities built a racketeering case against 33 members of the Bloods and local sets of the gang, including the Mohawk Boys, the Bullet Boys, the Fly Goons Lumberjacks and the Marlin Boys, the Orlando Sentinel reported.

Authorities are still searching for 12 other members of the gang.

Metropolitan Bureau of Investigation Director Larry Zwieg said the gang member committed an array of crimes, including homicides, drug trafficking and identity theft.

"The crimes were all over the map," he said.

Other high-ranking members of the gang who were charged include Justin Dickson, Santana Sutton Sr., Lincoln Granston, Colin Wilson, Santana Sutton Jr. and Travis Jackson.
