Michigan police searching for sniper

WIXOM, Mich., Oct. 22 (UPI) -- Police in Michigan are searching for a man who randomly shot at at least 15 motorists and pedestrians last week, officials said.

The suspect, who has yet to be identified, was shooting at people in Oakland, Livingston and Ingham counties on Tuesday and Wednesday, the Detroit Free Press reported.

Investigators Sunday released a sketch of the suspect, created from a description by a witness to a Tuesday shooting.

Police have not received any reports of shots being fired since Wednesday, a dispatcher from the Wixom Police Department said Sunday.

No one was injured.
