4th victim of Miami garage collapse found

DORAL, Fla., Oct. 15 (UPI) -- The body of a fourth victim of a parking garage collapse in suburban Miami was located in the rubble Monday, authorities said.

The body found at the Miami Dade College West Campus accident site was believed to be that of missing electrician Robert Budhoo, 53, of Tamarac, The Miami Herald reported.

The remains were "deep within the rubble" and it may take "additional days" to recover them because of safety concerns, Miami-Dade police detective Roy Rutland told the newspaper.

Nine other workers were injured in the Wednesday collapse of the five-story building, which was several weeks from completion.
