PITTSBURGH, Sept. 19 (UPI) -- Pittsburgh police have identified a man shot and killed as he urinated over a railing.
Roosevelt Robinson, 35, of Wilkinsburg, Pa., had taken a break from a game of dominoes about 11 p.m. Tuesday and relieved himself from atop a covered second-story portico when witnesses said they heard someone shouting "Yo! Yo!" from below. Moments later, shots rang out and Robinson collapsed, the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reported.
